Mm.Does the ASAHA allow a horse created to be a pure arabian, save the fact that she is less than 34" to compete?

No. No arabian is 34", and would be impossible to exist. This would be along the same vein of having a buckskin arabian, or a 17.2 hand arabian...sorry, couldn't allow it. If you wanted though, you could always breed an arabian mare to a shetland or miniature stallion for a half arab  |
