How is it that a futurity is for 3 year olds, yet horses from in utero until 3 may be nominated?
P/S Maybe if you could explain the concept of Futurity?*confused*

That's how a futurity works-you nominate the foal in utero (I've extended it to 2 weeks after birth just for people's convenience).
Futurities are classes for young horses that usually award a good amount of money. You must nominate in utero, and usually there are nomination fees after birth in some futurities. I personally didnt want to mess with more nomination fees after birth.
