2005 Inaugural Sporthorse Nationals Show
The premiere event of the YEAR! Now, you guys should know the rules by now...but...there's always someone LOL, so here they are:
1. You must be QUALIFIED to enter. This is really very simple. You must have at least one placing (top five, top eight, top ten, etc etc etc) or better (reserve champion or champion) to enter your horse in the Sporthorse Nationals, in the class you wish to show in. Example being:
Glitter was entered in the Elran Cup (in 7 year old stallions), the Pacific Slopes (English Pleasure and Pleasure Driving), and Region 1 (Costume). He goes top ten at the Elran Cup in 7 Year Old Stallion Halter, top five at the Pacific Slopes in English Pleasure, and Champion at Region 1 in Costume. He did not place in Pleasure Driving, therefore he may only enter 7 Year Old Stallions, English Pleasure, and Costume at the U.S. Nationals.
If you have any questions on qualifications, PLEASE don't hesitate to ask. I don't bite and would rather help you than disqualify you! You should also check out this thread for more information on qualifications.
2. No excessive cross entering. You guys know this, be smart. If you need help, once again, I'd rather help you than disqualify you, and checking out the Showing Guide Thread would probably also be beneficial.
3. You MUST BE A MEMBER! Duh. LOL.
4. Futurity entrants must be nominated and must be 3 years old.
5. Liberal amounts of prize money and points are to be awarded.
6. Use common sense when entering.
7. As always, the show will be randomized.
8. Have fun!
Entries to open immediately. Entries close December 22nd or thereabouts. I would suggest you get them in sooner in case I decide to close them early Show will run December 22nd through 25th.
